The river route was fine overall. There were a few fun parts, but also some long, slow stretches where not much was happening. The scenery was pretty, just not as varied as I was hoping for. I didn’t have any major issues, but I also wasn’t blown away. I will say I’m always a little wary of dealing with customer service if something does go wrong, so I was glad I didn’t really need them. Not bad, just kind of plain.

I’d give them 4 stars for safety for sure. The guides were on it, checking gear, explaining what to do if someone fell in, and just making sure everyone knew the basics before we got going. That definitely helped me chill out and feel way more comfortable.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the safety talk felt kinda quick in a few spots, like they were trying to keep things moving. But overall, they seemed to take everything seriously, and I felt looked after the whole time we were out on the water.

The shuttle pickup situation was really confusing. I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to go or who to check in with, and it felt like everyone was rushing me to figure it out quickly. Overall, the setup just felt stressful and not very organized.

We had such a great trip! Our guide really knew the river inside and out and shared so much about the rapids. It made the whole experience feel exciting, safe, and amazing.

I kind of picked the worst time to schedule this because my day was already all over the place, but that was on me. They showed up right on time, didn’t leave me waiting around, and everything went really smoothly.

They got back to my questions quickly and sent over the details we needed before our rafting trip. One of the emails was a little confusing at first, but overall the communication was good and helped us feel prepared. A friend had recommended them to us, and I’m glad we listened

The trip description was mostly on point, but not 100%. The rapids felt a little different than I expected from what was listed online, and the timing was off by a bit too. I had packed a sandwich and ended up eating it way later than planned, which was kind of funny. Overall it was still a decent day and I’m glad I went, but I do wish the details on the website were a little clearer before booking.

The shuttle was definitely convenient and made getting around easier, but after rafting we ended up waiting longer than I thought we would. I wasn’t really sure where we were supposed to be or when it was coming, so that part was a bit confusing. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just felt like it could’ve been more organized.

My plans changed last minute, so I had to cancel, and it was much smoother than I’ve dealt with elsewhere. Some places make cancellation feel like a whole process, but they were flexible about it and didn’t add any stress.

The gear looked mostly clean at first, but a couple of the helmets had this musty smell that really put me off. It made me wonder how well everything is actually being cleaned, i don’t feel like I can fully trust the place after that.

Getting the trip set up was way easier than I expected. Everything was laid out clearly and handled well, so there wasn’t really any stress on my end. Kind of makes you wonder why some other places make the whole process feel so complicated.

I thought this might be okay for my kids, but it ended up being a bit too intense for them. Maybe older kids would handle it better, but for younger ones, I’d probably skip it.

After rafting, I was mostly just thinking about getting something cold to drink—funny how that becomes the main thing after being out there. The snacks were good too, and yeah, the drinks were actually cold enough, which mattered more than I expected.

We went hoping the kids would really enjoy it, but they got bored quickly. The guides also seemed a bit rushed, so it didn’t feel very engaging for little ones. Maybe better for older kids, but it wasn’t a great fit for us

We went rafting with 8 of us and had such a good time. The guides were super chill, explained everything in a way that made sense, and somehow kept everyone together the whole time. Booking it was easy too, which was nice. A couple people were nervous at first, but after that one part, they were laughing like everyone else. Definitely something I’d do again.

The weather kind of threw everything off, so a few plans had to change, which was a little disappointing at first. But the staff handled it better than I expected. They kept things moving, answered questions, and just made the whole situation less stressful. It wasn’t exactly the trip I pictured, but I still ended up having a good time.

I really wanted to like this more, but it just ended up being kind of average for us. The whole thing felt a bit rushed, and the way it was described made it sound like it would be a lot more fun and exciting than it actually was. There were a lot of vague promises about the experience, but once we were there, it didn’t really live up to what we had in mind. The rafting itself was fine, nothing terrible, but it just didn’t click with our group. I don’t think we’d book it again.

I was interested in booking with Mild2Wild Rafting, but I like to have my questions answered before I commit to something like this. I left a voicemail and also sent an email, and after waiting around, it felt like neither one was being checked very closely.

By the time someone finally got back to me, I had already decided to make other plans. I don’t expect instant replies, but I do expect reasonably timely communication, especially before booking. It was frustrating.

The rafting itself was good, but my gut feeling during check-in was that things weren’t running as smoothly as they could’ve been. It took longer than I expected, and the staff, while friendly, seemed a bit scattered with the forms and getting everyone organized. It wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything, but I usually trust my instincts with stuff like that, and it just felt a little unprepared. Overall, I’d say it was an average experience
